These Terms of Use apply to the website at letsworldrecord.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
02About the project
Let's World Record is a non-commercial, global art project for peace, friendship and human connection. The Site presents the project and invites people to take part on Instagram. There is nothing to buy, no sign-up and no account on the Site.
Our hope that the artwork becomes the world's most-liked image is a shared dream, not a promise. We make no guarantee that any record will be reached, attempted or recognised.
03No affiliation
Let's World Record is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Guinness World Records, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Cloudflare, Google, or any government or political organisation. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
04Artwork & content
The artwork shown on the Site was created with the help of AI tools and is curated by the project. The Site's text, design, symbol and images are provided for you to view and share in a personal, non-commercial way that supports the project's message.
- You may share links to the Site and share the project's Instagram posts using Instagram's own sharing features.
- Please don't sell the artwork or symbol, use them in advertising, present them as your own, or alter them in ways that misrepresent the project or attach it to hateful, violent or political-campaign messaging.

05Taking part
Participation — viewing, liking, commenting and sharing — happens entirely on Instagram and is subject to Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Taking part is voluntary and free.
Please take part as yourself. The project only means something if each like comes from a real person, so we ask you not to use bots, fake accounts, purchased likes or any automated means to inflate engagement. We may hide or report comments that are abusive, hateful or spam, in line with Instagram's tools.
06Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site or the infrastructure behind it;
- scrape or crawl the Site in a way that harms its availability, or circumvent Cloudflare's security checks;
- use the Site for anything unlawful, or to impersonate the project or its team.
07Third-party services
The Site links to Instagram. We don't control Instagram or any other site we link to and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
08Hosting & availability
The Site is deployed on and delivered by Cloudflare's global network. Cloudflare's security systems may occasionally show you a verification challenge or block traffic that looks automated or malicious. We aim to keep the Site available but provide it "as is" and may change, pause or discontinue it — or the project — at any time without notice.
09Disclaimers & liability
The Site is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, the project and its team are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or the linked services.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
10Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
